WHY WASN'T THIS WOULD BE ASSASSIN ARRESTED BY THE SECRET SERVICE?


Why wasn't this man arrested by the Secret Service for the attempted assassination of a presidential candidate under U.S.C. 1751 - He may have  planned to do more than grab a mike. Perhaps it was a dry run for future Trump assassins?
